Installed Fences: Installed fences are non-returnable. However, if there are issues with the installation or product quality, you may be eligible for a refund or repair.

Non-Installed Products: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage.

Custom-made or Personalized Items: These items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective Materials: If the fence materials are found to be defective within 30 days of installation, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Installation Issues: If there are installation issues that cannot be resolved through repairs, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 30-year workmanship warranty. If any issues arise due to our workmanship within this period, we will repair or replace the fence at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping for Non-Installed Products
