  • Installed Fences: Installed fences are non-returnable. However, if there are issues with the installation or product quality, you may be eligible for a refund or repair.

  • Non-Installed Products: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage.

  • Custom-made or Personalized Items: These items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Criteria for a Refund on Installed Fences

  • Defective Materials: If the fence materials are found to be defective within 30 days of installation, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Installation Issues: If there are installation issues that cannot be resolved through repairs, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 30-year workmanship warranty. If any issues arise due to our workmanship within this period, we will repair or replace the fence at no additional cost.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund or Repair

  • Provide Details: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our customer service team will review your request and determine eligibility.

  • Inspection: We may schedule an inspection to assess the issue. Based on the inspection, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Return Shipping for Non-Installed Products

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund or arrange for a replacement within 30 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
